Steps

1. Log in and find a brochure template

  1. Go to canva.com and log in
  2. Click Create a design and search for "Brochure" or "Trifold"
  3. Select a clean, simple template — choose one with clear section areas and minimal decorative elements (avoid templates that look too corporate or flashy — you want professional and accessible)

2. Customize the template structure

  1. Keep the same number of panels as the template
  2. Change the header to your court's name
  3. Replace any stock photos with simple icons (search Canva's icon library for legal/document icons)

3. Use Magic Write to draft the content

  1. Click on a text box in the design
